Comments: Intern Julie Ford writes, "Simply because the average person does not feel their (Curtis and Davis) style of modern architecture is preferable does not mean it is not architecturally significant." And then, "Those of us who have been educated in architecture know that it does not matter what year a building was built, what matters is (sic) its architectural features and beauty."

If beauty matters, Cabrini isn't worth saving. Most posters find it ugly. Or did Ms. Ford mean to write that only her opinion of beauty matters? How condescending. Of note, plenty of architects and the PRC don't consider Cabrini significant.
