Paris Ave Gentilly Cabrini/HC Site
Comments: FEMA please take into consideration who is for and who is against this! Our HC children have been in trailers for 18 months---no lockers, no class labs, no library, no cafeteria for hot lunches, no gym, and the list goes on...Local residents are being made to give up FEMA trailers due to term limits--FEMA has said they need to have permanant housing by now!! What about education and our sons? Shouldn't there be a limit on the amount of time they should be educated in "temporary" trailers, too!

Let's stop this red tape process, and proceed with the HOLY CROSS Tradition of educating boys to men! Allow the Cabrini Site to be demolished, SOON! We need to be able to start the building process.

All the people that are saying "Save the church", don't even live in New Orleans. They have not even seen the horrible condition this building is in. If this building is allowed to stay, it will just become another blighted property in the city; a haven for addicts & murderers!

TEAR IT DOWN & proceed with tradition for our Holy Cross family. May God Bless each and everyone that has posted to this site.

Thanks from a Holy Cross Mom of 1 and another one there next year!
