||It seems the reason that you don't see more buildings in the same design as Cabrini and The Rivergate is because the design was flawed. There have been problems with both buildings since hey were built and the City chose to take the Rivergate down rather than pay the ever increasing repair, maintenance and utility bills. FEMA, please take this into consideration when making your decision. No one should be saddled with the monthly cost of maintenance not to mention the huge amount of money the it will cost to restore such a facility. The money that Holy Cross plans on spending on their state of the art campus should be spent on their teaching facilites not on a building that would be of little use to a school.
Logic needs to prevail here.
