Comments: This home should not be demolished. The owners are informed about the challenges involved in restoring this architectural gem and are prepared to devote the time and resources required to do so. As a member of the Broadmoor Improvement Association I have been deeply involved in the redevelopment planning process. During our planning process, we gathered input from our community as a whole and the citizens of Broadmoor overwhelmingly support the right of homeowners to rebuild their properties if they choose to do so. It is my professional opinion that this structure is not in imminent danger of collapse.
